In a two horse open sleigh…

Some of our church family on our sleigh ride today. Yes, it was cold, but it was also lots of fun!

Merry Christmas from the Jones Family

Dear Friends and Family,

The year 2009 has been a year of planting roots and enjoying the blessings that God has poured down upon us. In September we marked one year here in Wisconsin and of ministry at Harvest Baptist Church. God has granted us a wonderful year of growing together with our church family and has graciously added to our congregation. We continue to be thankful for the place that God has led our family and for His constant care and provision.

The boys are growing and changing as quickly as ever. They keep our house busy, fun, and full of life. While parenting is the greatest challenge we have ever been give, it is also a great gift. We are very thankful for the blessing of our two sons.

In October Isaac turned four years old. He continues to be full of questions about all things in life and has enjoyed visiting the library to find books about many different subjects. He also likes playing with his Lego’s and adding to his car collection. Football season has turned him into a Green Bay Packers fan and can often be heard cheering for his favorite player. Isaac has a bright mind and we delight in seeing him grow in his knowledge of all things. Most of all we have loved seeing his knowledge and understanding of God blossom. We pray continually for God to work in Isaac’s heart.

Hudson will be two years old in January. He is our ham. Hudson has a fun and silly personality that keeps us laughing. He is also our dare devil and mischievous one. It was no surprise to us that he was the first of our boys to go to the ER when he swallowed a penny one evening in November! Hudson also loves football and cheers with every touch down. He has a sweet heart, and a bold personality. We pray God uses that for His glory.

We celebrated our seventh wedding anniversary in June and continue to enjoy each other more with each passing day. God was very gracious when He gave us to one another.

The Jones family rests with contentment in God’s care this year and we eagerly anticipate His continued blessings in 2010. May you find great joy and blessings in the Lord in the coming year.

Much Love,

Adam, April, Isaac and Hudson Jones
